Urgent Volunteers Required!

Help the SACB with our major fundraiser!

The Adelaide Polocrosse Club (APC) has again offered the SACB the opportunity to cater at their two day polocrosse tournaments. This is a great opportunity to raise funds for the branch, which can be used for future branch activities for all members to take part in. 

It will be two busy weekends, and we need assistance from all SA Central branch members!

Can you spare an hour or two (or even more) to help build the funds for our branch? You will be helping out in the Canteen, preparing and selling food and drinks for polocrosse players and the general public. It is a great way to support your branch, meet other horsey people, and to catch some awesome polocrosse action!

Depending on number of helpers, the proposed rosters over the two weekends will be two hour slots each day (ie, 7:00-9:00am, 9:00-11:00am, etc).

Please indicate your availability, and you will be advised via return email what times you have been allocated. All committee members are required to attend at least one day (minimum of two hours) – if you can’t make it, send your partner or someone to replace you please!  Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Cadbury chocolates! A successful fundraiser for the SACB, please take a box and sell for us (or keep to eat for yourselves). Yum! Individual chocolates sell for $1.20 or $2.50 each. Now available to download from the forms page, is a Horse Show/competition and Camping checklist for members to download and modify as desired, in preparation for those competitions away.

Ribbon Recycle

Have you won any ASH SA Central Branch ribbons that you are prepared to donate back to the SACB for re-use? Drop them to a committee member when you next see them at shows and challenges. This will help us reduce costs for future competitions.
